Most orders will be printed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 6 days of receipt.

Yes — we offer international shipping for a flat fee of AUD$65. Your fine art prints are carefully packaged using acid-free tissue paper and securely rolled into a sturdy mailing tube to ensure safe delivery. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, and you’ll receive a dispatch notification as soon as your order is on its way.

All Aeri prints are artistically created. Due to the high quality materials used, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges so please choose your selections carefully and contact hello@Aeri.com.au with any questions before placing your order.

Once production of your print has started we cannot cancel the order. If you make a mistake during checkout, please let us know straight away.

While every care is taken to package and protect your print, we understand that occasional damage can occur during transit. Aeri is committed to ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition and will promptly arrange a replacement for any item damaged in shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email and including photographs of the damage.
